Elephants good; Donkeys bad.

"If I find in myself desires which nothing on earth can satisfy, the only reasonable explanation is that I was made for another world." C.S. Lewis

We have this "big" problem at work. For some unknown reason, what seems at this point to be random, Medicare claims are not making it into the appropriate database. This is a significant problem because we are receiving the claims, but are never submitting them electronically for the provider. Unfortunately, we currently have no clue why or when this is happening. It is never a good sign when you are alerted to these kinds of issues by customers/clients. Thankfully, we can very easily go back and re-submit the claim, but this problem needs to be resolved soon. The boss has labeled this as "the biggest problem we've ever had." I just hope it's Jason's fault.

When they get back from lunch I should suggest group prayer for quick discovery of the cause. God is great and He is interested in little stressful things like this in our lives. I praise and thank Him that I work in an environment where such a suggestion will be well received and not viewed as insanity.
