Irritation
1. Guys who purposely serve or hit the volleyball at a girl. Yeah, you're a real tough guy. It just flies in the face of chivalry and I'm pretty sure it can't be biblical.
2. Vending machines where the change slot is deeper than my index finger.

Why is Phantom of the Opera even known...
I rented Phantom of the Opera and boy, was it bad. It was killing me that I couldn't figure out where I had seen the main actress before... Does that happen to anyone else? Jenny thinks I'm weird because it bugs me when I know I've seen an actor or actress before and can't place them. (She was in The Day After Tomorrow by the way.) I usually figure there's a reason everyone on earth has heard of "Phantom of the Opera" and things that are sort of considered "classics." Not this one. It stank.
and just so you know... "The PhaaaaaaannnTumm oftheOPPherahh... izz in your miinnd."

Can't Keep Up
I just can't or don't have enough desire to find the time to type out the goings on in my life and my thoughts and stuff.
I'm taking my kiddo's out of the house tonight while Jenny and Angela lead their highschool girls small group in our home tonight. Thought earlier in the week I'd be watching Aaron and Madison Beck (Zion with someone else, babies scare me), but Beth opted to go with flowers and stuff rather than having Glynn take her out to dinner! So, me and the kids are free to do whatever this evening.
Probably get some running done; I'm relatively certain we'll end up at Lowe's at some point. I've torn out the old carpet and subfloor in the kids bathroom and have slowly, but successfully installed new ceramic tile that Jenny bought from Shawn and Angela at a garage sale! Had barely enough tile and it looks great! I still need to cut the baseboard to size and install and put the toilet back in there and hook up the water to the sink. Water is like babies. It scares me too. And they both seem to leak a lot on me.
I'm taking the day off on Friday to help Jen out with a garage sale at our house. Hopefully we'll make some cash! We were invited to take a road trip this Saturday to St. Louis with one of the senior girls (and her college freshman boyfriend and another friend) from Jen's highschool small group - should be a lot of fun. They seem quite mature and seem to really be honoring God in their dating relationship. They had come over to our house after the concert at CFC last week and we watched Hellboy (unfortunately.) I'm not sure if it was bad enough to qualify as "bad movie night" or not. I'm pretty sure it was just a not enjoyable bad movie that night.
